1/2 c Mayonnaise
1-1/4 c Italian seasoned bread
Crumbs

Irresistible Chicken Preparation

Brush chicken with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in a large plastic bag. Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425 oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
