Box Jello, Island pineapple

8.25 oz can Pineapple
-tidbits, in own juice, save
-juice
6-8 oz tub Cool Whip (I used
-Fat Free)
c Fresh strawberries, sliced
/4 c Shredded coconut
Strawberry slices for
-garnish

Island Pineapple Dream Preparation
Mix jello in 1 cup boiling water, per package instructions. For cold water, drain pineapple juice into measuring cup and then add 7-UP to make 3/4 cup liquid. Blend with jello and hot water. Chill until mixture looks like jelly. Remove from fridge and add pineapple tidbits and cool whip, blending well. Fold in strawberry slices and coconut. Spoon into dessert glasses and garnish with shredded coconut and 2 strawberry slices stuck into side of glass. The hubby said this tasted a lot like sherbert.
