Cooking Ingredients for Italian Vegetables Recipe
3/4 c Rice
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Water
6 tb Oil
2 tb White wine vinegar
2 tb Soy sauce
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/4 lb Spinach
1/2 c Sliced green onion
4 Crumbled slices crisp
Bacon
Italian Vegetables Preparation
Simmer rice, covered, in salted water until rice is done. Drain. Combine oil, vinegar, soy, pepper, turmeric. Stir into the still warm rice. TEAR the spinach into small pieces.
