1/2 c Corn Meal
2 Eggs
6 tb Wesson Oil
1 ts Garlic Salt
2 Jalapenos, Chopped
1/2 Onion, Chopped
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Jalapeno Corn Casserole Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole. 2. Bake 40 minutes at 350oF. 3. Cover with cheese and put back in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
