2 ts Hard margarine (or butter)
1 c Finely chopped onion
1/2 x 4 oz. canned jalapeno
-peppers, drained, seeded
-and chopped
2 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 lg Eggs, fork-beaten
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder

Jalapeno Pie 2 Preparation

Melt margarine in non-stick frying pan. Add onion. Saute until soft. Scatter onion, jalapeno pepper and cheese in greased 8×8 inch pan. Combine egg, salt and garlic powder in small bowl. Beat. Pour over top. Bake in 350oF oven for about 30 minutes. Cuts in 25 squares.
