Cooked
3/4 c Butter
2-1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Vanilla
1 ts Nutmeg
3 Eggs
1 Can evaporated milk (14oz)
2 Frozen 9-inch pie shells

James Brown s Sweet Potato Pie Preparation

In one bowl, mash potatoes, add butter and mix together. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. In another bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Pour eggs and milk over sweet potato mixture and stir.
