4 tb Parmesan Cheese – grated
1/4 lb Provolone Cheese – grated
1/2 lb Sausage Meat – Bob Evans
1 lb Mushroom Caps – whole,

Jan s Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft. Drain sausage mixture. Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired. Recipe By : Jan Albertson
