3 -standard cucumbers,

1 Red onion; thinly sliced
1/2 c Rice vinegar
2 ts Rice syrup
1/4 ts Salt
3 Fresh red chili peppers
– seeded
2 tb Fresh cilantro

Japanese Pickles Preparation
