3 tb Celery seed
3 tb Whole black peppercorns
1 tb Sweet hungarian paprika
1-1/2 ts Mustard seed
18 sm Bay leaves
12 Whole cloves
3/4 ts Ground cardamom
3/4 ts Mace
3/4 ts Allspice
3/4 ts Ginger
3/4 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Red pepper

Jerry s Old Bay Seasoning Preparation
