32 oz Canned black-eyed peas
3-1/2 oz Packaged sliced pepperoni,
-diced
1 md Green pepper, diced
1 md Onion, diced
1/4 ts Hot sauce
2 tb Hot taco sauce

Judy Austin s Black-Eyed Peas Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
