Cooking Ingredients for Juliet Prowse s Dessert Fondue Marnier Recipe

6 tb Butter
6 tb Sugar
2 tb Flour
2 c Thick dairy cream
1 c Orange marmalade
1 ts Orange peel, grated
4 tb Grand Marnier
2 c Fresh pineapple chunks
2 Banana, sliced
Fresh strawberries
Any other fresh fruit
1/2 c Pecans, finely chopped

Juliet Prowse s Dessert Fondue Marnier Preparation

In 2 quart saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter. Stir in mixture of flour and sugar. Stir in thick cream and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in marmalade, orange rind and Grand Marnier. Transfer to fondue pot and serve, kepping warm. Spear fruit on fondue fork and dip into mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. This is also good as a dessert cake topping or ice cream topping.
