Cooking Ingredients for Junco Cornbread Recipe

3 c Cornmeal
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Fat (meat drippings or lard)
3 c Water

Junco Cornbread Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a deep pan at 375 F for 30-35 minutes. Reduce heat if bread looks as if it is forming a hard crust. May be doubled or halved.
