Cooking Ingredients for Karimeen Porichathu Recipe

4 Pearlspot fish
4 ts Red chilli paste; (20 g)
2 ts Turmeric powder; (10 g)
4 ts Coriander powder; (20 g)
2 ts Ginger paste; (10 g)
50 g Green chilli paste
1 Lemon; juice of
Salt to taste
1 Sprig curry leaves
Oil

Karimeen Porichathu Preparation

SCALE, clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Make deep slits on either side. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour in the refrigerator.
