Cooking Ingredients for Ketchup Meat Loaf Recipe

3/4 kg Lean minced beef
1 c Soft bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/3 c Tomato ketchup
1-1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Chopped onions
1/2 ts Oregano

Ketchup Meat Loaf Preparation
