Cooking Ingredients for Baked Crabmeat Recipe
1/2 c Butter
6 French bread sliced 1

1 Onion, large – finely
Chopped
1/4 c Milk or enough to soak
Bread
1 Celery rib – finely
Chopped
1 Egg – well beaten
1 lb Crabmeat
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ts Parsley – chopped
1/2 c Bread crumbs
2 Garlic cloves – finely
Minced
Baked Crabmeat Preparation
In a skillet, saute onions and celery in butter until clear and tender. Add crabmeat, parsley, and garlic. Stir fry about 10 minutes. Add French bread and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
