1 lb Crab meat – picked over
1 Egg
1 tb (heaping) mayonnaise
1 tb Dry mustard – (scant coffee
Spoon)
2 tb Cracker crumbs
2/3 c Parsley – chopped
1/2 ts Salt
Black pepper

Kitty s Crabcakes Preparation
