Cooking Ingredients for Lattice Crust Recipe

1-1/4 c All-purpose flour
3/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Shortening
1 Egg; beaten
2 tb Cold water

Lattice Crust Preparation

Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening until pieces are size of small peas. Combine egg and cold water; sprinkle over flour mixture, 1 tablespoon at at time. Gently toss with fork. Repeat until all is moistened. Form into a ball. Roll on a lightly floured surface to 1 10×9-3/4 inch rectangle. Cut into thirteen 10×3/4-inch strips.
