Cooking Ingredients for Leche Flan 2 Recipe

2 c Evaporated milk
8 Egg yolks
1 ts Lemon rind or vanilla
1 c Sugar

Leche Flan 2 Preparation

Scald evaporated milk in double boiler 15 minutes. Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, milk and flavoring. Pour into one quart mold. Place this in large pan half filled with water.
