Cooking Ingredients for Lemon Bars Deluxe 2 Recipe
2 c Sifted flour
1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar
1 c Butter or margarine
4 Eggs
2 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
Lemon Bars Deluxe 2 Preparation
Sift together 2 cups flour & powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press into 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned. Beat eggs, granulated sugar & lemon juice. Sift together 1/4 cup flour & the baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust & bake for 25 minutes in 350 oven.
