3 oz Instant Coconut Pudding
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 c Hot water
1/2 c Oil
1/4 c Poppy seeds

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread 2 Preparation

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
