Lemon Roast Chicken 2 Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 wash and dry chicken. Poke 10-15 holes in the lemons and stuff into cavity. Truss or tie chicken.Place on rack breast side down and roast for 25 minutes.Turn over and roast 25 more minutes. Increase heat to 400 and roast for 25 minutes more or until juices run clear.
