In small bowl combine all ingredients; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Yields about 1/4 cup Each 2-Tbsp serving provides: 1/4 Milk, 10 Optional calories. Per serving: 25 calories; 1 g protein; 0.4 g fat; 4 g carbohydrate; 54 mg calcium; 290 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol *For a more tart dressing, add up to an additional 2 1/4 tsp lemon juice.
