1 Lemon, juice & rind
2 tb Butter
1 c Sugar
1-1/2 c Hot milk
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
3 Eggs, separated

Lemon Sponge Pie Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add flour, salt, lemon juice and grated rind. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
