Cooking Ingredients for Baked Mustard-Tarragon Chicken Recipe

1 lb Boneless skinless chicken
-breasts
1 tb Butter
3/4 tb Dried tarragon; crushed
1 ts Balsamic vinegar
3 tb Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Baked Mustard-Tarragon Chicken Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Trim chicken of any visible fat, rinse and pat dry. Melt butter, and stir in remaining ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in mixture, and place in a baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken pieces run clear when pricked with a toothpick. Serves 4.
