USES: WE DON”T BASTE WITH IT, WE PUT IT ON THE MEAT RIGHT BEFORE WE SERVE IT. SAYS WAYNE MONK WHO OPENED LEXINGTON BBQ IN 1962. SOME PEOPLE ALSO USE THE SAUCE IN COLESLAW.
