1/2 c Soft butter
1 tb Grated lime rind
2 tb Lime juice
1 Minced garlic clove

Lime Butter Preparation

Combine ingredients. Place on wax paper and roll. Refrigerate until firm. Once fish is cooked, slice butter and place a slice on each fillet.
