Cooking Ingredients for Lime Delight 2 Recipe
1 cn Evaporated Milk
1 pk (3 Oz) Lime Gelatin Powder
1-3/4 c Hot Water
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Lime Juice
2 ts Lemon Juice
2 c Chocolate Wafer Cookies,
-crushed
1/2 c Margarine, melted
Shaved Chocolate For Garnish
Lime Delight 2 Preparation
Chill evaporated milk in freezer. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, and chill until partially set. Whip gelatin until fluffy; stir in sugar and juices. Whip chilled milk, and fold into gelatin mixture. Combine crumbs and melted margarine, pressing into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour lime liquid over crumbs. Shave chocolate over top. Freeze. Cut into squares. Can be kept for several weeks frozen.
