Cooking Ingredients for Lithouhanian Sausage Recipe

4 lb Coarse ground pork
1 lb Coarse ground beef
1 tb Salt
Pepper; as desired
1/2 tb Allspice
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Pork casings
1/2 c Water

Lithouhanian Sausage Preparation
