Little Dippers Preparation

Beat 1 Tbls. grated orange peel & 1 tsp. orange extract into dough; using cookie press fitted with large startip, pipe into 3 lengths. Bake 10 minutes. Dip one end of each cooled cookie into melted semisweet or milk chocolate (four 1 oz squares) to coat halfway; decorate with chopped mixed candied fruits.
