1 lg Fryer; cut in pieces
1/2 c Bell pepper; chopped
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1 cn Tomato sauce
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Salt
1 ts Pepper
1/4 c Vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 cn (6-oz) mushrooms

Little Red Chicken Preparation

Place chicken in oblong baking dish. Combine other ingredients; mix well and pour over chicken. Bake in an uncovered dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serves 8. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
