8 oz Raw beef liver; 1/2 inch

4 oz Onion
1 cn Mushrooms; drained
Liver Steak, French Style Preparation
Slice onions and break into rings. Place rings in Teflon pan, cover and simmer until soft, 5 minutes. Remove cover, raise heat and brown onions. Remove onions. Add liver to pan.
