Loggerhead turtle meat
3 md Potatoes
3 Carrots
1 cn (Small) tomatoes
1/2 c Fresh parsley or 1/4 c. dry

Loggerhead Turtle Stew Preparation
Cook onion, butter beans and celery for 30 minutes. Prepare turtle meat by searing cubed meat in 1 stick butter and 1 tablespoon oil. Add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, parsley and turtle meat to onion, butter beans and celery mixture.
