3 tb Softened Butter
1/2 c Sour Cream
1 ts Onion Salt
3 oz Softened Cream Cheese
2 tb Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Baked Potatoes Elegante Preparation

Bake potatoes at 375 degrees until done. Cut slice from top of each potato and scoop out insides. Mash potato insides and mix with sour cream, cream cheese, butter, onion salt, salt, and pepper.
