2 tb Margarine
2 c Skimmed milk
2 ts Parsley
1/2 ts Pepper
1/3 c Bread crumbs
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 c Flour
2 ts Dill weed
1/8 ts Garlic powder
2 c Low fat cottage cheese
1 pn Paprika

Low-Cal Macaroni Bake Preparation
