12 Chicken drumettes
Freshly ground pepper – to
Taste
1 tb Honey
Cayenne pepper – to taste
1 Clove garlic – finely
Minced
2 ts Dijon mustard
Whole wheat bread crumbs –
Very finely ground

Low-Cal Mustard Wings Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Remove as much skin as possible from drummettes. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. 2. Combine honey, cayenne, garlic, and mustard. Brush mixture onto chicken, coating all sides lightly and evenly, then dip in bread crumbs. 3. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake until light brown (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
