Cooking Ingredients for Low-Fat Blend Recipe

1 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1 c Low-fat or nonfat cottage
-cheese

Low-Fat Blend Preparation

Place yogurt and cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 cups at 16 calories and 0.1 grams fat per 2 tablespoons. NOTES : Do not use a food processor; it tends to break down the mixture and make it watery. Use as replacement for sour cream, mayonnaise and heavy cream.
