Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cereal mixture, mixing well. Spray 2 cookie sheets with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread granola evenly on sheets and bake at 300 deg. F. for 25-35 min. Stir granola and change racks every 5-7 min. There”s a fine line between not crunchy enough and too browned, so watch closely. Cool completely and store in airtight containers.
