2 cn Yams (17oz.each); well
-drained
1/2 c White Karo syrup
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c Heavy cream
2 tb Butter
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Luscious Butterscotch Yams Preparation

Place yams in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes. In suacepan, mix remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil 5 minutes. Pour over yams; continue baking, basting often, 15 minutes longer.
