1 ts Active dry yeast
1-2/3 c Bread flour
2/3 c Rye flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cardamom
3 tb Vegetable oil
2 ts Barley malt syrup*
1/4 c Honey
2 Eggs
Malted Rye Bread Preparation
