-cut from pit, and finely
-diced
1 Tomato; finely diced
1/2 Red onion; finely chopped
1/3 c Fresh lime juice
1 Serrano chile; minced
1/2 ts Dried oregano
2 tb Minced fresh cilantro
1 ts Sea salt
