2 c Mango, pureed
2 tb Syrup, simple *
2 tb Juice, lime, fresh
Mango Sorbet Preparation
* Simple syrups are made from 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar mixed together. Strain the pureed mangos through a chinois (sieve) and add simple syrup. Add the lime juice.
