Cooking Ingredients for Mango, Yogurt And Co Recipe

1 sm Ripe mango
2 Ripe kiwi; peeled and sliced
(1 cup)
1 sm Ripe papaya
Peeled seeded and thinly
-sliced
Lengthwise; (3/4 cup)
2 c Strawberries; hulled and
-sliced
1 c Fresh green grapes
1 c Fresh or frozen raspberries;
-(thawed)
1 Sprig fresh mint
1 Container plain lowfat
-yogurt; (1 cup), (8 ounce)
1 pk Cream cheese; (3 ounce)
-softened
1 tb Honey
Cinnamon to taste

Mango, Yogurt And Co Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the mango, kiwi, papaya, strawberries, grapes and raspberries. Set aside. In a blender, process the yogurt, cream cheese, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice until smooth, scraping down the side of mixing bowl whenever needed. Transfer the dressing into bowls. Spoon the fruit on top of the dressing. Top with mint and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled. Approximately 6 minutes.
