Cooking Ingredients for Maple Frosting Recipe

2 Egg whites
1/2 c Maple Syrup
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla

Maple Frosting Preparation

Combine all ingredients but vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water, blending constantly with egg beater until mixture stands in peaks.
