I enjoyed the Maple Oatmeal Bread recipe from the DAK booklet called Loafing It . It came out light (both in color and weight) and had a nice texture. You can”t tell there are oats in it by looking at it. Here it is in case you don”t have that booklet: Put in baking basket and start.
