1 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1 c Apple juice
1/2 c Water
Maple Sweet Potatoes Preparation
Recipe by: Wisconsin Maple Producers Council – Aniwa, WI. 54408 Boil 6 sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and slice into baking dish. Heat remaining ingredients to the point of boiling and pour over potatoes and bake at 300 F for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
