Cooking Ingredients for Maque Choux Recipe

12 Ears corn
1 Med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 Green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 ts Sugar (or more)
2 tb Butter or oleo, melted
2 tb Tomatoes & green chiles
Salt & pepper to taste

Maque Choux Preparation
