3/4 c Oil
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Honey
3 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Green onion; chopped
1-1/2 ts Ground ginger
1-1/2 lb Flank steak or other meat

Marinade for Beef, Pork or Chicken Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except meat, in a glass 9×13 dish. Add meat and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or more, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade Reserve marinade.
