1/2 c Melted butter
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Sliced green onions
4 tb Water
3/4 ts Garlic salt
3/4 ts Dried dill weed
2 lb Ocean Perch

Marinated Baked Perch Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. In baking dish combine all ingredients except fish. Add fish; marinate 1 hour, turning once. Bake fish in marinade 10-12 minutes.
