Free Recipe Marinated Catfish

Cooking Ingredients for Marinated Catfish Recipe
4 Catfish fillets
Melted butter; or margarine
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Chopped onion
1 ts Salt substitute; (mrs. dash)
1 ts Tabasco sauce

1 c Italian dressing; (regular o
2-1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
-wine marinade-
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
1 Lemon; thinly sliced
Marinated Catfish Preparation
Combine ingredients from one of the recipes. Marinate fillets 1-2 hours turning occasionally. Broil fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste with marinade and/or melted margarine. Broil 6-8 from heat for 5 minutes. Recipes sent to me from Bill, wight@odc.net
