1/2 c Celery; sliced
1/2 c Cucumber; sliced
1/2 c Carrot; sliced
1/2 c Radishes; sliced
1/2 c Italian salad dressing
5 c Salad greens; torn

Marinated Garden Salad Preparation

This tasty dish uses less sugar, salt and fat. In a large bowl, combine the celery, cucumber, carrots and radishes. Add the dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, add greens and toss.
